Columnist and analyst Nazir Naji was laid to rest in a Johar Town graveyard on Thursday.
A number of people including prominent personalities attended the funeral prayers of Nazir Naji who passed away in Lahore on Wednesday.
Naji had been unwell for quite some time was undergoing treatment in a private hospital. He was 81.
Naji was awarded Hilal-e-Imtiaz in recognition of his journalistic services. He remained associated with the Dunya Media Group since 2012. He served as Group Editor of Dunya newspaper.
