FC Khyber Pakhtunkhwa Restores Two Mosques Destroyed by Militants in Bajaur

Bajaur: Frontier Corps (North) Khyber Pakhtunkhwa has successfully completed the restoration and renovation of two mosques in Bajaur that were damaged by militants (Khawarij) during previous attacks.

The two mosques — Masjid Sulaiman Khel and Masjid A‘rab — have been fully rebuilt, with modern upgrades including the installation of solar energy systems to ensure uninterrupted power supply.

According to local sources, the initiative by Frontier Corps (North) has been widely praised by the residents, who described it as a symbol of peace and stability in the region.

Local worshippers expressed their gratitude to the Pakistan Army, saying that the restoration of these sacred places has won the hearts of the people.

The FC team not only rebuilt the external and internal structures but also improved cleanliness, lighting, and ablution facilities in line with modern standards.

Following the completion of the project, large numbers of worshippers have started offering prayers in the renovated mosques.

Officials noted that such initiatives are strengthening the bond of trust and cooperation between the local population and the Pakistan Army.
