London: Prime Minister Shehbaz Sharif has departed from London to New York to attend the 80th session of the United Nations General Assembly (UNGA).
At Luton Airport, Pakistan’s High Commissioner to the UK, Mohammad Faisal, along with members of the diplomatic staff, bid farewell to the Prime Minister before his departure.
During the high-level session, PM Shehbaz Sharif is scheduled to deliver an important address highlighting Pakistan’s stance on global, regional, and national issues.
The Prime Minister is also expected to hold bilateral meetings with several world leaders on the sidelines of the UNGA, focusing on strengthening diplomatic ties, regional peace, and economic cooperation.
